Mary Polly Phillips

If you have been charged with a crime, everything can change.  With over 20 years of experience in criminal law, I can help you  at every stage of the criminal proceedings.   

After graduating from law school in 1997, I spent 8 years as a Prosecutor. During those years, I worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex District Attorneys Office and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Special Investigations and Narcotics Division in the Criminal Bureau of the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General.

In 2005, I opened my own law office.  Since then, I have effectively, aggressively and compassionately represented and defended my own clients as a criminal defense attorney.  I am based in Concord, MA.  But will travel to any court.

My previous experience provides a wealth of knowledge, not only of the law, but how the court system works.
